TopTennisTips (toptennistips.com, TopTennisTips apps, "our services", "we" or "us") respects the privacy of its users ("you") and has developed this Privacy Policy to demonstrate its commitment to protecting your privacy. When you use our services, you’re trusting us with your information. We understand that is a big responsibility and we do everything we can to protect your information.
Our privacy policy applies to information we collect when you use or access our website, applications, or just interact with us. We may change this privacy policy from time to time. Whenever we make changes to this privacy policy, the changes are effective immediately after we post the revised privacy policy (as indicated by revising the date at the top of our privacy policy). We encourage you to review our privacy policy whenever you access our services to stay informed about our information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy.
Information we collect
Information you provide to us
We may collect information when you participate in any interactive features of our services, fill out a form, save preferences, request customer support, provide any contact or identifying information or otherwise communicate with us.
Information we receive from others
- Social Login: When you sign in to use you do that through Social Login services (Google, Facebook and Paypal). As we don’t offer signing up to us directly, these social login services are used to authenticate you. Unless already logged in, you enter required information (usually username or email and password) which is processed by the social login provider. Then, you’re asked which information you’d like to share with us: this is including but not limited to email address and given name. Using social logins is a widely used mechanism and has several benefits: you don’t have to sign up to many services, your most sensitive information (including password) is stored at secure locations (at the service provider) and you have full control over what you share. Social sign in forms always include a link to our privacy policy which you accept when you sign in.
- Other Partners: We may receive information about you from our partners, for instance when you subscribe through Clickbank or Apple, we may receive basic information about your payment type, country of residence or subscription interval (we never get credit card information though).

How to access and control your information
You have certain choices available to you when it comes to your information. Below is a summary of those choices, how to exercise them and any limitations.
You have the right to request a copy of your information, to object to our use of your information (including for marketing purposes), to request the deletion or restriction of your information, or to request your information in a structured, electronic format. Below, we describe the tools and processes for making these requests. Your request and choices may be limited in certain cases: for example, if fulfilling your request would reveal information about another person, or if you ask to delete information which we or your administrator are permitted by law or have compelling legitimate interests to keep.
- Access and update your information: Our services give you the possibility to access and update certain information. You can also request information we store about you.
- Delete your information: You can request to delete the information we store about you.
- Opt out of communication: You can unsubscribe from some of the email communications with the Unsubscribe link present in every email. You can also set communication preferences in the account section of the website or in your app. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
- Turn off cookies: Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of our services. Because there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret the DNT signal, our Services do not currently respond to browser DNT signals. You can use the range of other tools we provide to control data collection and use, including the ability to opt out of receiving marketing from us as described above.
- Data portability: Data portability is the ability to obtain some of your information in a format you can move from one service provider to another (for instance, when you transfer your mobile phone number to another carrier). Depending on the context, this applies to some of your information, but not to all of your information.
How we transfer information internationally
Some of the third parties described in this privacy policy, which provide services to us under contract, are based in other countries that may not have equivalent privacy and data protection laws to the country in which you reside. When we share information of customers in the European Economic Area or Switzerland, we make use of the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks, European Commission-approved standard contractual data protection clauses, binding corporate rules for transfers to data processors, or other appropriate legal mechanisms to safeguard the transfer.
